WOLFPRESS (the “Service”) is operated by the WOLFPRESS team. We value your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you sign in with a third-party account, we receive your email address, name, and profile image URL.

1.2 Profile Information

You may optionally add profile information, such as your role (trainee or coach), coaching specialties, certifications, biography, and social links.

1.3 Workout Records

When you log workouts, we store your training programs, exercise names, sets, repetitions, weights, rating of perceived exertion (RPE), rest times, and workout notes.

1.4 Videos

When you upload workout videos, they are sent to our video hosting service for processing and streaming. We retain video metadata (such as thumbnails and processing status), as well as coaches’ review markers and comments.

1.5 Automatically Collected Information

To maintain app stability, we may automatically collect your device model, operating system version, and error stack traces when errors occur. This information is used only for troubleshooting, not for marketing or advertising.

1.6 Information We Do Not Currently Collect

As of this policy’s last update, we do not collect GPS location, contacts, calendar data, or device advertising identifiers, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers. If future changes require this information, we will update this policy and notify you in the app beforehand.

2. How We Use Information

We collect your information for the following purposes:

• Core services: Enabling you to log workouts, upload videos, and interact with coaches
• Account authentication and management: Verifying your identity through third-party sign-in and keeping your account secure
• Coach–trainee interaction: Allowing coaches, with your permission, to view your workout records and videos and provide feedback
• Service improvements: Using error logs to troubleshoot issues and improve app stability
• Push notifications: Providing video upload progress updates and workout timer reminders

We do not use your personal data for marketing or advertising, or sell it to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

3.1 Between Coaches and Trainees

Once you connect with a coach, the coach can view your workout records and videos and leave comments and reviews according to the permissions you grant. You can disconnect from the coach at any time to stop sharing data.

3.2 Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for authentication, data storage, video streaming, and error monitoring. These services process your data only as needed to provide the Service and do not use it for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain different types of data as follows:

• Account information: Retained from account creation until you request account deletion.
• Workout records: Retained while you use the Service and removed when your account is deleted.
• Video data: You can delete uploaded videos at any time. Related video data is also removed when your account is deleted.
• Error logs: Used only for debugging and automatically cleared periodically.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on protected cloud platforms with access controls. All network transfers use HTTPS encryption. Sensitive data is not permanently stored locally, and sign-in credentials are managed through secure storage.

Although we work to protect your data, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can guarantee complete security.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Service is a mobile application and does not use cookies or similar web tracking technologies. We securely store only the necessary sign-in credentials on your device to keep you signed in.

7. Device Permissions

The app may request the following device permissions:

• Camera and microphone: Recording workout videos
• Photos / media library: Selecting videos to upload or saving images
• Notifications: Upload progress and timer reminders

All permissions are optional and can be changed in your device settings at any time.

8. Your Rights

Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

• Inquiry and access: You may ask about the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: You may request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all related data.
• Export: You may request an export of your workout records.
• Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw consent to data collection and processing at any time, though this may affect your access to some features.
• Revocation of coach access: You may revoke your coach’s access to your workout records and videos at any time.

9. Age Restrictions

The Service is intended only for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13. If you become aware of someone below this age using the Service, please contact us so we can delete the relevant data.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy and related disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taipei District Court shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
