Welcome to WOLFPRESS (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

WOLFPRESS is a fitness training app offering workout logs, video uploads and reviews, program management, and communication between coaches and trainees. The Service is free, contains no advertisements, and does not process payment transactions.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

The Service is available only to users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 must obtain consent from their legal representative (parent or guardian) before using the Service.

3. Accounts

You must sign in through a third-party account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, upload inappropriate content, or abuse system resources. You may also request account deletion at any time.

4. User Content

You retain intellectual property rights in all content you upload through the Service, including videos, workout records, and comments. You grant WOLFPRESS a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You warrant that your uploaded content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property or other rights. Video uploads are subject to daily limits and file size limits, which you must follow.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Service to:

Violate the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or any applicable law
Upload pornographic, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
Harass, threaten, defame, or infringe the rights of others
Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Use automated tools to scrape or disrupt the Service
Attempt unauthorized access to the Service’s systems or other users’ accounts
Distribute commercial advertising or spam unrelated to fitness training

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules but have no obligation to proactively review content.

6. Coaches and Trainees

The Service provides a platform for communication and program management between coaches and trainees. It does not participate in their training relationship. WOLFPRESS is not a party to any agreement between a coach and a trainee.

Any training advice, exercise instruction, or program provided by a coach through the Service is the coach’s own professional judgment and responsibility, independent of WOLFPRESS. WOLFPRESS makes no guarantees about coaches’ qualifications, competence, or the accuracy of their advice.

Fees and payment arrangements between coaches and trainees are negotiated privately. The Service neither handles nor assumes responsibility for these payments.

7. Service Limitations

The Service limits daily video uploads and file sizes, and we reserve the right to adjust these limits. We strive to keep the Service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties. WOLFPRESS does not warrant that the Service will meet your specific needs or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

WOLFPRESS makes no guarantees about training advice, information, or results obtained through the Service. You understand and agree that fitness training involves inherent risks, which you must assess and assume yourself. Consult a qualified medical or fitness professional before starting any training program.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOLFPRESS and its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including data loss, lost profits, physical injury, and reputational harm.

WOLFPRESS is not jointly liable for injury or loss resulting from a coach’s instruction or advice. These limitations apply even if WOLFPRESS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WOLFPRESS harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

Your violation of these terms
Your uploaded content infringing a third party’s rights
Your violation of any applicable law

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. WOLFPRESS may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these terms.

After termination, WOLFPRESS may delete your data unless retention is required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, remain effective.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service’s design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property belong to WOLFPRESS. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

13. Changes to These Terms

WOLFPRESS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated in the app or on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Reasonable notice will be provided for significant changes.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes arising from these terms or the Service.

15. Severability

If a court of competent jurisdiction finds a provision invalid or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WOLFPRESS regarding use of the Service and replace all prior oral or written agreements. WOLFPRESS’s failure or delay in exercising a right does not waive that right.
